Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted within 30 days from the date you receive your purchase.
You will be given a full refund on your purchase when we receive the item or items back. The items must have the original holograms, certificate of authenticity, and the picture that accompanied it. The autograph on the item must be the original. The refund will then be granted.
Shipping Policy
If your order is placed on a weekday before 1:00 p.m. CT, it will ship the same day. If you place your order after 1:00 p.m. CT or during the weekend, it will ship the next business day.
We use UPS to calculate the cost of each order depending on weight, size, destination, and how fast you want to receive your order. We offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air Early AM, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
It can take up to two weeks to process your order before it ships for various reasons. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
